Where you are in life right now is a direct result of the 𝒹𝑒𝒸𝒾𝓈𝒾𝑜𝓃𝓈 you’ve made in the past. Everything from the outfit you’re wearing, to the home you live in, to the way your home looks, to your hair, to your skin, to the amount of money in your bank account, to your relationships, to the body you have. All of these were created from decisions you have made in the past.

Recognize that you have the 𝓅𝑜𝓌𝑒𝓇 to change the outcome of ANY situation in an instant✨. All it requires is that you let go of the past and start making different decisions. It can start with the next meal you eat. The next book you read. Choosing to skip lunch with coworkers and instead put that extra $10 in your savings. Washing your makeup off before bed even though you’re exhausted. It’s the little decisions, compounded daily, that produce huge results. They are what have lead me to lose (and maintain) over 50 pounds of weight loss.

Consciously choose the life you would like to 𝒸𝓇𝑒𝒶𝓉𝑒 for yourself.
